Stress is the #1 reason clients seek out bodywork and ethically, you should have a strong grasp on what stress is. We will explore the physiology of stress, effects of stress on the body, homeostasis vs. allostasis, and how bodywork, mindfulness and other approaches can relieve stress. Ethical communication skills about stress will also be covered.
